Today is the the day!! ANY physical dated before April 15th, 2019 will not be valid for the 2019-20 school year. ALL athletes must have a physical on file to practice and play...NO EXCEPTIONS! Due to the generous donation from the Rothenberger Foundation and proceeds from Concord Classic Weekend, the Concord School-Linked Health Center will be offering FREE sports physicals for any Concord student in grades 6-12th (2019-20 grade) on Tuesday, July 30th. from 8:30 am-4:30 pm. The cost will be $30 for any non-school student. Physical forms can be found at the administration office at Concord Community Schools and will also be available on-site. Parents need to complete their sections of the MHSAA Physical Exam & Clearance & Consent Forms and sign where the signatures of Parent is required. If they do this, they don't have to be present when the students come for their physicals.
