Join us on Wednesday, October 26th, Thursday, October 27th & Friday, October 28th after School from 3 PM - 5 PM for this year's Junior Jacket Cheer Clinic led by your Concord Varsity Cheerleaders!
Current CCS students will be collected from the Elementary/Middle School
Building after school these days.
The cost to participate is $25 for pre-registered participants and $30 for day of registration participants. Cost to includes a t-shirt.
All participants will perform in a cheer showcase on Friday beginning at 4:30 PM to show parents/family members what they have learned throughout this 3 day clinic!

Last but not least. Meet Senior QB Anthony Evans! With his fast feet, amazing vision, and calm cool demeanor it makes it seem like he has been a QB for life! But nope, this is his first year and he is amazing!

Meet Senior Running Back and Linebacker Logan Lamb. Not many can say they worked as hard as Logan did this summer! His offseason effort shows on the field with many big runs, catches, and tackles!!

Meet Senior Nose Guard/Linebacker Malachi Warner! This young man works his butt off every day!! He is undersized physically but his heart and tenacity make it a tough day for every offensive line he faces!

Meet Senior Offensive Lineman Masen Smith! This young man earned his spot with hard work and offseason dedication. He is doing great as our left guard. Not only is he a great player for us he is the best dancer around!!

Meet Senior Offensive/Defensive Lineman Brian Helms! His growth as a player since starting football is amazing! He is a great puller and protects his teammates with ferocity!

Meet Senior Center Abraham Reiniche. The Anchor of our offensive line!! With out his consistent snaps we would be in trouble! glad you are on our side big fella!

Meet Ja’Vion Taylor! Ja’Vion is one of the fastest players in the state. He has worked his butt if this year and is doing an amazing job playing Cornerback for us. Keep it up Ja’Vion!

Meet senior Lewis Fritz! Returning all conference kicker!! Check him out this Saturday when he boots one through the uprights.

Maple Valley to the Big 8 Conference!

Flag Football starts tomorrow at 9 AM -10:30 AM at the high school football field!! 10$ registration. Just show up and play!! Dates will be September 10th, and 17th as well as October 1st and 8th.

The girl's and boy's cross country teams had a great showing at the Springport Invitational. Both teams placed 2nd in their division and all 12 runners earned medals.
The girls placed 2nd behind Manchester and were lead by Cece Barrett who was 2nd overall. Riley Adams ran a season's best time in 7th place. Caitlin Wright was 13th in a season's best time. Julia Stevens was 16th, Maria Stevens was 18th in an all time PR time and Paige Morris was 23rd in an all time PR
The boys were also wnd to the Dutchmen of Manchester. Cole Bates lead the way in 5th place with a season's best time. Isaac Waldron was 7th. Maddox Hutchinson was 13th, Lleyton Bauman 14th in an all time PR. Connor Stevens was 16th in an all time PR. Ashton Easterwood also had an all time PR in placing 26th.

The power is back on! We had a fuse blow on a power line. The schools will be open tomorrow. Thank you everyone for helping us get our Yellowjackets home safely today. We appreciated your patience and understanding.
The crew has assessed the situation and unfortunately, we have no timeline for when we will have power back on. Therefore, WE WILL DISMISS STUDENTS AT 10:30. The buses will be dropping students off 25-30 minutes earlier than the half-day schedule used last week on Wednesday.

The Varsity volleyball team played down in the Blissfield quad against some tough competition which included host Blissfield Lenawee Christian, and Sand Creek.The girls went 0-3 on the day-but they improved with every set. Leaders for the day were Layla Hellard serving 21/22 with 4 aces and 14 assists. Iyla Weeks was 10/12 serving with 2 aces, 9 kills, and 10 digs. Emma Burbo was 8/10 with 2 aces, 6 kills, and 10 digs. Autumn Cornell was 17/17 serving, 5 kills and 4 digs. Sam Kessman was 10/12 with 3 kills. Rylee Sinden was 10/12 serving with 1 ace. Zoe Schultz had 4 digs. The Lady Jackets will head into conference play after the Labor Day break.
