It wasn't the ending to the season that they wanted, but the 7th grade volleyball team showed a lot of improvement at the Big 8 tournament. They finished last in their pool, and then was eliminated by Homer in the quarterfinals. Maya McCorkle led the team in aces with 5. Zoe Schultz added 4 aces and Tanith Walker, Ella Woolworth, Madi Barrett, and Madi Finch each had 1 ace. Savanna Payne and Rylee Sinden shared the libero position throughout the day and played aggressively. The team was dedicated and didn't give up. They are the future of Concord Volleyball!
