Attention 6-8th graders and parents:
If you have signed up to work on the Middle School Float we will be working on it Monday and Thursday from 6:00-8:00 at Mrs.Blossom’s House this week. Specific details will go home tomorrow. Parents please have your child picked up by 8:00.
Concord Food for Thought is partnering with the food bank to bring fresh food to Concord High School each Monday with the last distribution being 8/20/18. The food bank delivers food around 9am and distribution will begin once the food is set up. Please consider volunteering to help pass out food; if you are interested in volunteering, please meet at the high school at 9 am.

LOCK IN permission slips, money and chaperone sign up sheets are due at the end of the day tomorrow. We are in need of chaperones. Without the proper number of chaperones, for safety reasons, we will have to cancel.
The Believe Kids PTO fundraiser pickup is scheduled for Wednesday, March 21st from 5:00-6:30 in front of the elementary school gym.
Concord Elementary has a Kindergarten and Young Fives Parent information meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 21st from 6-7 in the Elementary cafeteria.

Find another person to be a twin with. Make sure that you copy at least 3 things with this friend to show your true twin spirit.
Wednesday -2/14 -WACKY WEDNESDAY
This is a day that getting dressed in the dark is alright! The day we get to celebrate our oddest combinations - whether in our hair, clothing, or changing up our normal style - make it your wackiest!
Thursday - 2/15- PAJAMA DAY
Grab your PJ’s and get to school, because it’s pajama day!
Friday -2/16-PURPLE and GOLD Day
This is the day to show you are part of the Jacket Hive. Dress in your purple and gold!
PTO Fundraiser - On Friday, your child was sent home with a letter and booklet explaining the PTO fundraiser that runs from 2/5-2/20. Students will get a prize if they fill out the booklet and return it to school on Monday. On Monday, there will be a fundraiser kickoff assembly. The addresses gathered will be used to create a one-time mailing list that offers friends and families the opportunity to purchase magazines at discounted rates.

The Jackson County Health Department will be conducting vision screenings for all 7th-grade students on Thursday, December 7, 2017. If you would prefer your child not have a vision test, please feel free to call the office at 517-524-8854 or 517-524-6650
December 18th will be the first middle school wrestling practice, Practice will be held in the high school mezzanine. Any 6-8 grader is welcomed. Practice will be 3:00-5:00 pm.
Parent-Teacher conferences are November 2nd and 3rd from 4pm-8pm. On Wednesday, conferences will be held in the gym. On Thursday they will be in the cafeteria. The conferences are walk-in; we look forward to seeing everyone next week!
The Book Fair will be October 24th-27th from 8-2 and October 28th from 4-7 (during the Halloween Carnival)

August 14th from 8 A.M.-4 P.M. and August 15th from 10 A.M.- 6 P.M. Once the registration and/or enrollment paperwork is turned in schedules and locker numbers will be distributed.
