13 athletes traveled to Charlotte, North Carolina on Saturday to compete in the AAU National Cross Country Championships.
Samantha Saenz ran a spectacular race and was crowned the national Champion in the young women age group. Sami ran an outstanding time of 18 minutes and 2 seconds to outdistance the entire field. All 50 states had a representative at this meet.. The jackets had three more All American runners. TJ Kessman placed 5th in the young mens division. Anna Bulko was 24th in the young womens and Skylar Thompson was 24th in the intermediate girl's division. Congrats to Samantha, TJ, Anna and Skyler on their All American honors.
Natalee Williams placed 29th and Allison Zigray was 38th in their division.
Bryan Smith was 55th , Matt Record 70th and Austin Barrett 76th in their race.
Jonathan Mikovits was 77th, Luke Holton 107th, Logan Barrett 114th and Cole Thompson 123rd in their race.
