What should I expect when I call the Service Desk?
A technician will ask you for the following:
- Your name
- Your district
- Your building
- Your room number
- Your phone extension
- A detailed description of the problem
What should I expect when I call the Service Desk?
- A service request ticket will be created and dispatched to a JCISD technician.
- You will receive notification by email of the technician assigned, the date of the request and a description of the problem.
- You will be kept up to date on the status of your service request.
- A permanent record of all technology requests is saved.
