What should I expect when I call the Service Desk?
A technician will ask you for the following:

  • Your name
  • Your district
  • Your building
  • Your room number
  • Your phone extension
  • A detailed description of the problem

What should I expect when I call the Service Desk?

  • A service request ticket will be created and dispatched to a JCISD technician.
  • You will receive notification by email of the technician assigned, the date of the request and a description of the problem.
  • You will be kept up to date on the status of your service request.
  • A permanent record of all technology requests is saved.
