Jennifer Cook

Jennifer comes to us from Fairwood Elementary School in Hamilton, Ohio.  She selected Concord because her family is looking to get back home to Michigan and establish roots.  

Jennifer has four years of teaching experience.  She has an elementary education, early childhood, reading and special education endorsement from Michigan, Ohio, and Tennessee.  Currently, Jennifer is finishing her transformational leadership master’s program at Miami University.  She identifies one of her strengths as analyzing student data to drive instruction, and I am certain her skills and experience will make a significant impact on student outcomes her in the elementary school.  She will be a phenomenal addition to the elementary school staff. 

Pam Bauman

Pam worked this year as a half-time kindergarten teacher and Title I aide in the elementary school.   Plus she has worked previously as a Pre-K teacher at Hanover Horton Schools.

Pam has had incredible success working with our students that start kindergarten at risk.  The students that she works with have made impressive amounts of growth.  Her ability to bring learning to life is extraordinary.  She has a unique talent for teaching content in so many different ways that she is highly successful at reaching all of her learners.  She will be a phenomenal addition to the elementary school staff. 

Olivia Hotchkin

Olivia completed her ninth year as a kindergarten teacher at Columbia Schools.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership K-12; plus she has served on the school improvement and literacy committees in her district. She choose Concord to work closer to home.  

Olivia has very impressive content knowledge and has a lot of experience in integrating technology into the kindergarten classroom.  Her ability to mentor young teachers will be an asset.  Not to mention, her potential interest in coaching in the near future.  She will be a phenomenal addition to the elementary school staff.
